Chicago Indoor Racing provides individual drivers with the opportunity to make same day reservations for available race times between pre-booked group event reservations. To be certain of securing your preferred race time, call 630-433-3700 after 10:00am and our reception team will be happy to assist you and review availability with you. Arrive & Drive Racing is available on a first come first served basis and a credit card is required to hold your reservation, but will not be charged unless you fail to show up or call to cancel your reservation within 2 hours of the pre-booked time.

Drivers that have previously raced here must arrive at least 30 minutes prior to their scheduled race time, while those that have not raced previously must arrive at least one hour ahead of their scheduled race time to ensure that they can complete the registration and briefing process prior to racing.

Back seat driving this time? Spectators are welcome to observe racing at no charge in any viewing areas that are opened to the general public, and both of our facilities offer a variety of food and beverage options as well as tons of alternative entertainment options!

All Drivers must be over the age of 18 with a valid Driver’s License. Drivers aged 16 to 17 may race if they have a parental waiver completed and on file, a valid state issued Driver’s License (permits not accepted), and a parent racing with them. Junior Drivers between the ages of 7 and 15 (height requirement of 50 inches) may only race once they have successfully completed our two day Junior Driving School, and only at pre-set junior racing times or as a part of junior racing events, unless cleared by the Enthusiast Program Manager to race with the general public.

All Drivers must wear closed toed shoes, and we recommend athletic shoes for comfort.

Most sizes can be accommodated, although anyone that is over 250lbs may have some difficulty depending upon weight distribution. Our driver suits go up to a XXXL.

Chicago Indoor Racing provides all drivers necessary equipment for safe racing including abrasion resistant driver suits, Snell rated helmets and neck braces. Guests may bring in their own equipment if it meets CIR requirements.

No alcohol or drugs prior to racing; "8 hours bottle to throttle". Each person, when entering the building, will have a wristband put on their right wrist by a receptionist. This wristband is used to determine which customers have been served an alcoholic beverage. As soon as a customer receives an alcoholic beverage, the wristband will be cut off and only persons with a wristband on their right wrist will be permitted to race. Guests without a racing wristband are forbidden to race until they have been evaluated by one of our Track Managers to verify that they have not been drinking. If there is any suspicion that they may have consumed any alcohol they will be required to take a breathalyzer to confirm that they have a 0.00 blood/alcohol level.
